Welcome to this website, the idea of this website is to match students across the EU with employers who want the best candidates. The employers offer either a partial funding or full funding to enable a candidate to study/train. The candidate then will guarantee to work for the company for a minimum of two years and pay 5% of total wages of their first year back to Jimmy Ray's We are a not for profit company, we're a social enterprise company.
